No. Never. All wedding funds are transferred directly from your contributors to your committee treasurer or personal MoMo/bank accounts. WedPool is an accounting ledger and SMS messaging engine, not a payment gateway. We take 0% commission.
Your campaign ledger and all accounting tools remain 100% active. Outgoing thank-you SMS messages are simply held in a safe queue until you top up your credits. Once topped up, you can release held messages with one click.
You can top up credits directly via MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money merchant codes, or contact WedPool support for committee invoices and bank transfers.
